We are running for office because we believe it is up to us to lead the change we want to see in our communities. For years we have been advocating and urging our elected officials to address our quality of life issues like the opioids pandemic which has rampaged our neighborhoods. On any given night, we see hundreds of homeless individuals roaming our streets seeking shelter. We are constantly finding discarded needles outside our homes, parks & school grounds. This is a public health emergency that can no longer be ignored. We believe it is time for new leadership that puts the communities voice & needs first at city hall. We believe we must decentralize services in Boston & provide real recovery opportunities that give people an opportunity to recover from substance use disorders. We are asking for your support in helping us bring our voice to Boston city hall to address our communities concerns.
